Personal Trainer Dan Brandt
PT Dan is a compassionate Personal Trainer with a profound passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. With two children and a grandson who is on the autism spectrum, his commitment to helping individuals with disabilities goes far beyond professional duty. It is a deeply personal mission that fuels his drive and dedication to the field of personal training. This knowledge, combined with her friendly personality, allows her to make a significant impact on the lives of her clients.
Jaydee has identified a critical need for specialised fitness training within this community. She understands the often-overlooked potential for physical fitness among individuals with disabilities and is committed to removing barriers to create a more inclusive fitness environment. Her approach is personalised, focusing on each person’s specific needs and abilities to promote a healthier, and hopefully, longer life through structured nutrition and exercise programs.
Personal Trainer Andy Clement
PT Andy initially found his calling in New Zealand at a special needs school. His experience coaching a soccer team to their first victories fueled his passion for working within the disability sector. This early experience laid the foundation for his career in personal training, highlighting the importance of activity and engagement, not only for physical health but also for mental well-being.
Now based on Gold Coast, PT Andy’s journey led him to specialise as a support worker in mental health, where he met individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, from schizophrenia to extreme bipolar disorder.
