NDIS Sports
We can also just get you out and about to play the sport you choose, whether it’s boxing, or getting down to the basketball court to shoot some hoops, or maybe you want to get onto a tennis court for a hit, we can go for a bike ride, we can take a footy down to the park and have a kick.
Sports for People with Disabilities
Our Personal Trainers and fitness professionals are able to help you get involved with sports and get you engaged in community activities. We can do anything and everything from preparing you to play your sport in a competition to simply having a casual game.
We can help you with specific training to improve your fitness for your specific sports needs. For example, if you play basketball, we can work on ball drills, throwing and catching, power in the arms and legs for strong throwing and jumping ability. If you’re a ten-pin bowler, we can work on your hand-eye coordination, leg strength, and accuracy.
