Disability Fitness Classes
What to expect in a small group class
Some of the activities you might see in our small group sessions include cardio drills like jumps, hops, skips, star jumps, skipping, jogging on the spot. Ball drills like throw and catch, roll, bounce, dribble, kick, shoot and slam. Bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, supermans, step ups, hip bridges, and planks. Boxing drills like jabs, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, knees, and kicks. Agility drills like agility ladder, cones, and shuttle runs.
Small group classes focused on you.
Small group fitness classes have all the customised fitness you would get in a one-on-one session, but with the fun and socialisations of training in a group setting. We can include a wide variety of movements and fun drills, including traditional weight training, bodyweight exercises, ball drills, and team or partner drills. Classes are great for clients who enjoy a bit more social interaction and friendly competition.
We never have more than 8 participants in a session, so we keep them private and intimate atmosphere; this also allows the Trainer to keep their eyes on the clients at all times.
