NDIS AUTISM CLASSES
The benefits of the exercise classes can include improved strength, flexibility, weight management, social interactions, self-confidence, self-efficacy and physical movement.
Each client is very different, and so every session is designed accordingly, with unique likes, dislikes and needs accounted for. Progress may start out slowly to help our clients get accustomed to their new exercise routine. Once the client has become familiar with the routine, trainer, and location, progress can begin to happen much more quickly.
Feel in control.
We can cater Personal Training to a wide variety of participants on the Autism Spectrum, we like to help our clients feel in control by giving them some predictability and repetition from week to week. We can do one-on-one Personal training, or we also offer small group Training options depending on the exact needs and wants pf the participant.
