Meet PT Dan Brandt
Dan is a compassionate Personal Trainer with a profound passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. With two children and a grandson who is on the autism spectrum, his commitment to helping individuals with disabilities goes far beyond professional duty. It is a deeply personal mission that fuels his drive and dedication to the field of personal training. Hence, being part of an NDIS registered company specialising in core and capacity-building categories allows him to help more people.
With a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Dan has worked with diverse clients, including those with injuries, disabilities, and the aging population. His commitment to inclusivity and diversity helps him seek to broaden his knowledge and tailor his approach to each individual’s unique needs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dan has also faced challenges, including ADHD, PTSD, and a work-related accident resulting in broken C5 and C6 vertebrae. These personal experiences have also fueled his empathy and deepened his commitment to helping people with unique abilities overcome obstacles.
Outside the gym, Dan enjoys riding motorbikes and engaging in water sports. Additionally, he plays the drums and guitar.
He has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of fitness and exercise, and the profound impact they can have on individuals with disabilities. He finds immense reward in witnessing the positive changes and newfound confidence in his clients’ experiences. With his genuine passion for helping people with disabilities, PT Dan continues to inspire and make a lasting impact on the lives of his clients, creating a more inclusive and empowering fitness community.
