Shane White and his wife, Mandy, have established a family-owned personal training business that focuses on physical well-being and creates an inclusive and supportive environment for clients of all ages and abilities. They are passionate about disability fitness and disability support.
With over two decades of experience as a Personal Trainer, Shane is committed to helping individuals with unique abilities achieve their sports, fitness, and recreational goals. Mandy is a midwife, whose passion for disability fitness has led her to team up with Shane in tailoring inclusive fitness programs for individuals with unique abilities. Beyond Shane and Mandy’s professional endeavors, they are devoted parents to three wonderful school-aged children.
Since 1999, Fitness Enhancement, our parent company, has been about helping people with limitations be the best versions of themselves through exercise. We’re NDIS registered for capacity building and core, so we can help our clients get the most out of their funding.
